About Community Church Youth
Community Church Youth is the middle and high school ministry of Community Church Big Bear. We exist to help students know Jesus, live out their faith, and make Him known.
We are a community of middle and high school students learning to know Jesus, live out our faith, and make Him known everywhere God sends us.
What we are about
- 01Know Jesus
Students encounter Jesus through Scripture, worship, prayer, discipleship, and authentic Christian community.
- 02Live Your Faith
Faith affects how students treat people, make decisions, serve, speak, and show up in everyday life.
- 03Make Jesus Known
Students and leaders share the gospel, invite others, pray for people, serve their community, and speak about Jesus with courage and love.
Our conviction
We do not want faith to be something students only talk about inside a church building. We want to help raise a generation that knows Jesus personally and makes Him known wherever they go.
Key scripture
Matthew 28:18-20
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…” (ESV)
The Great Commission is the reason this ministry exists.
Following Jesus changes how we live. We serve our community, pray for people, share the gospel, show up for students, and make Jesus known wherever He sends us.
